Implementation of current technical and technological innovations in the training of postgraduate and doctoral students of food and biotechnological profile

Abstract

An important area of profile activity of the Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine is the training of highly qualified scientific personnel. The training of postgraduate students in the educational and scientific programs "Food Technology" and "Biotechnology and Bioengineering" must take into account innovative areas of the food, processing, and microbiological industries, including artificial intelligence, Big Data, the Internet of Things, and numerous technological advances such as smart sensors, robotics, cyber–physical systems, and the development and implementation of new products. Incorporating these topics into the educational process helps postgraduate and doctoral students acquire relevant knowledge consistent with the current level of professional training.
