The Interactive Reading Approach Integrated with Digital Tools in Teaching Reading to Middle School Students

Abstract

The article examines the Interactive Reading Approach integrated with digital tools in teaching reading to middle school students. The study is based on the idea that reading comprehension develops more effectively when learners actively interact with texts, peers, and digital learning environments. The article describes the theoretical foundations of interactive reading, outlines the structure of digital reading activities, and presents the results of classroom implementation during teaching practice. The findings show that the use of digital platforms significantly increases learners’ motivation, comprehension, and engagement in reading tasks.
