| dc.description.abstract | The article explores the Flipped Classroom as an innovative participatory teaching model responding to the digital transformation of modern education. Its relevance lies in the contradiction of foreign language instruction, where extensive digital resources coexist with limited classroom time for communicative practice. The flipped classroom addresses this issue by transferring theoretical content to independent online study and using classroom time for active interaction, collaboration, and application of knowledge. The model reshapes traditional roles: the teacher acts as a facilitator, while students assume responsibility for their learning and participate in cooperative activities. Special attention is given to the suitability of flipped learning for foreign language education, which requires a balance between grammatical competence and communicative skills. A practical example involving pre–service teachers of English demonstrates the model‟s potential for teacher training and its value as a sustainable element of modern language education. | |
